Our company is NOT open to the public.
If you have any questions please contact us in advances.
 

NO SHOWROOM / 
We do not operate a showroom for public visits. If you wish to inspect products in person, an appointment must be scheduled at least TWO WEEKS in advance for proper arrangement.
 

ORDER & PAYMENT PROCEDURE / 
For warranty validation and record-keeping purposes, all local pick-up or local delivery orders must be placed through our official website.
Customers are required to complete the order online to ensure proper documentation. We will provide a designated pick-up code for you to complete the checkout process.
 

LOCAL HOTEL DELIVERY INFOS /
If you would like us to deliver your order to your hotel in Taiwan, please provide the following information :

• Hotel Name

• Reservation Name

• Check-In Date and Time

• Room Number ( If already checked in)

 

Once your order has been completed through our official website and all the required information has been provided, our team will promptly arrange delivery to your hotel.

Please note that our website does NOT support direct checkout with a Taiwan shipping address. All international customers must use their original country and residential address during checkout. Any local delivery arrangement within Taiwan must be coordinated with us in advance.

To ensure proper handling, all arrangements must be made at least ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE prior to your arrival in Taiwan. Customers are required to follow our guidance to complete the ordering process. The required delivery information must also be clearly provided in full to allow us to arrange shipment without delay.
