DKdesign will always do our best to accommodate our customers' return and exchange requests.
To ensure your returns and exchanges process smoothly, any brand-new, unused, uninstalled, and unmodified product may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as we do not provide free shipping for returns or exchanges. Additionally, all items must be securely packaged and well-protected when sent back to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, our team will notify you. The order will be canceled, and the original shipping fees plus any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Refused Shipments & Import Tax Issues
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or ignored due to import tax/customs issues, the following expenses will be deducted before any refund is processed:

Please note: If the total cost of return shipping and customs fees exceeds the value of the order, the shipment may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
Change of Mind or Unsuitable Products
If you did not review the product description carefully before purchasing, or if you change your mind or find the product unsuitable, the return shipping cost and original shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will provide you with the return information to ship the item back for a replacement. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
