SHIPPING / SHIPPING METHOD

 

All your orders are shipped from Taipei, Taiwan. Each item is inspected and packed before it leaves DKdesign.

Estimated delivery date will be provided by the shipping carriers except EMS INTERNATIONAL.

 

All shipments will be via EMS INTERNATIONAL / FedEx EXPRESS. The shipping methods and costs will be shown in the Cart Page so please add the item into the shopping cart first. 

Make sure provide Complete Shipping Information in ENGLISH

Orders will takes 1-3 handing days to pack and ship the order.​

EMS INTERNATIONAL - Customers who select as the shipping carrier, there are a few conditions you should be aware of when choosing EMS shipping:

• We are unable to guarantee the delivery time, and delays may occur before the package reaches you.

• Tracking may be difficult. Once the parcel shows “Departure from outward office of exchange,” it means it has been handed over to your country’s postal system for further updates. We will no longer be able to track the package from our side.so please take the tracking number to contact your POSTAL SERVICE directly. (NOTICE: If package been stuck, need us to resend the package, we will let you reorder again as a deposit, since customers return the delay package, we will refund you the deposit.) 

• In the event of any loss, it will fall under the responsibility of your country’s postal service,

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA /

Due to the recent changes in U.S. import regulations by the U.S. Government,  EMS INTERNATIONAL SERVICE  has suspended acceotance of parcels destined for the UNITED STATES.

For customers in the United States, please be sure to select FedEx as your shipping method when placing an order.

★ If customer did not notice this announcement, once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm and collect the shipping cost difference for FedEx.​

In addition, customers using a U.S.-based freight forwarding service are kindly reminded to coordinate with your designated forwarding agent in advance. Please ensure that all contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, and monitor your email closely, as you may be required to submit additional customs clearance documents or pay applicable duties and taxes in a timely manner.

 

MIDDLE EAST SERVICE DISRUPTION /

Due to the recentdevelopments in the Middle East, flights to and from the region have been affected, resulting in a temporary disruption to our regular pickup and delivery services.

Flights to and from the following countries have been suspended:
Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabic.

As the result, shipments destined for or originating from the above-mentioned countries may experience extended transit times until further notice.

HONG KONG & MACAU SHIPPING via SF EXPRESS /

For shipments to HONG KONG & MACAU, we offer delivery via SF EXPRESS. The shipping fee will be arranged as cash on delivery (COD).
If you plan to use HONG KONG or MACAU as a forward location, please make sure to contact and confirm with your forwarding agent in advance before placing the order.

They must prepared to assist with the payment of any import duties, taxes or additional charges that may occur during the shipping process.
