We only accept payments through PayPal, if customers want to use credit card still can process via PayPal as well.
SHIPPING / SHIPPING METHODS
All your orders are shipped from Taipei, Taiwan. Each item is inspected and packed before it leaves DKdesign.
Estimated delivery date will be provided by the shipping carriers except EMS INTERNATIONAL.
All shipments will be via EMS INTERNATIONAL / FedEx EXPRESS. The shipping methods and costs will be shown in the Cart Page so please add the item into the shopping cart first.
Make sure provide Complete Shipping Information in ENGLISH
Orders will takes 1-3 handing days to pack and ship the order.
Prices do NOT include import duties and taxes. Any fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Please check with your country's customs office for additional costs prior purchasing. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges or brokerage fees for any product returned or exchanged.
EMS INTERNATIONAL - Customers who select as the shipping carrier, there are a few conditions you should be aware of when choosing EMS shipping:
1. We are unable to guarantee the delivery time, and delays may occur before the package reaches you.
2. Tracking may be difficult. Once the parcel shows “Departure from outward office of exchange,” it means it has been handed over to your country’s postal system for further updates. We will no longer be able to track the package from our side.
3. In the event of any loss, it will fall under the responsibility of your country’s postal service, so please take the tracking number to contact your POSTAL SERVICE directly. (NOTICE: If package been stuck, need us to resend the package, we will let you reorder again as a deposit, since customers return the delay package, we will refund you the deposit.)
FedEx EXPRESS is the safest and fastest shipping method. They provide an estimated delivery date along with updates on all relevant information the ensure your package arrives smoothly.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
DKdesign will always do our best to satisfy our customers' return or exchange requests.
To ensure your returns and exchanges process smoothly: any new, un-used, un-mounted and unaltered item can be returned within 7 days of Delivery. In order to initiate a return please email info@dkdesign-global.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Returns require proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order number or Invoice number. If you have purchased a DKdesign or EXRIDER item from a dealership or other website, please contact them directly, only items that were purchased on the DKdesign website can be returned to DKdesign.
Orders that are Returned due to providing us the wrong shipping information. Our team will let you know and we will cancel your order and refund the items you paid, also we will charge you the return shipping fee.
Orders that are Refused or Ignored because of the import taxes, our team will charge you the return shipping and 20% service fee.
If we shipped wrong, missing, or damaged item/s, please contact us ASAP. Our team will provide shipping information for you to ship the items back to us for exchange. After we receive the item/s, we will send you the shipping costs via PayPal and ship the correct item/s back to you ASAP.
