In certain countries, our products are also available through authorized dealers.

Please note that our company has not authorized any distributors or dealers to sell our products through the eBay, Amazon or Aliexpress.
Any products, images, or content that appear similar to our products are used without authorization.
We hereby clarify that our company has never appointed or authorized any manufacturers in China to produce our products.
We strongly advise consumers to verify the source of the products before making a purchase and to avoid counterfeit or unauthorized items in order to protect their rights and interests.
WEBSITE CURRENCY / PAYMENT METHOD
Website prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice.
We only accept payments through PayPal, if customers want to use credit card still can process via PayPal as well.
TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES
All product prices listed on our website do NOT include import duties, customs fees, VAT or other applicable taxes, imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer ( importer/recipient).
We does not collect or cover any import-related taxes under any circumstances.
If you fail or refuse to pay import duties, customs charges, or any other applicable taxes, and the shipment is returned as a result, the return shipping cost and any additional charges incurred will be invoiced to you separately and must be paid in full.
If the shipment has already been delivered but the required import duties remain unpaid, once we receive the invoice from the carrier or customs authority, we reserve the right to issue a separate invoice to you for full reimbursement.
If you have any concerns regarding the amount of import duties or taxes charged, you must contact the shipping carrier or your local customs authority directly to file a dispute. You may also contact us to request a copy of the commercial invoice issued at the time of shipment for your reference.
SHIPPING / SHIPPING METHODS
All your orders are shipped from Taipei, Taiwan. Each item is inspected and packed before it leaves DKdesign.
Estimated delivery date will be provided by the shipping carriers except EMS INTERNATIONAL.
All shipments will be via EMS INTERNATIONAL / FedEx EXPRESS. The shipping methods and costs will be shown in the Cart Page so please add the item into the shopping cart first.

Orders will takes 1-3 handing days to pack and ship the order.
EMS INTERNATIONAL - Customers who select as the shipping carrier, there are a few conditions you should be aware of when choosing EMS shipping:

We are unable to guarantee the delivery time, and delays may occur before the package reaches you.

Tracking may be difficult. Once the parcel shows “Departure from outward office of exchange,” it means it has been handed over to your country’s postal system for further updates. We will no longer be able to track the package from our side.so please take the tracking number to contact your POSTAL SERVICE directly. (NOTICE: If package been stuck, need us to resend the package, we will let you reorder again as a deposit, since customers return the delay package, we will refund you the deposit.)

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
DKdesign will always do our best to accommodate our customer's return and exchange requests.
To ensure your returns and exchanges process smoothly : any brand-new, unused, uninstalled and unmodified product may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at info@dkdesign-global.com and include :
Order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, proof of purchase is required, such as a valid sale order number or invoice number.
Incorrect Shipping Information /
If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, our team will notify you. The order will be cancelled and refunded, and the return shipping cost will be deducted fron the refund.
Refused Shipments & Import Tax Issues /
If a shipment is refused or ignored due to import tax issues, we will deduct :

before processing any refund.
Change of Mind or Unsuitable Products /
If you did not carefully review the product description before purchase, or if you change your mind or find the product unsuitable, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items /
If you receive an incorrect, missing or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our team will provide you the return information to let you ship the item back for the replacement. Once we receive the returned item, we will:

WARRANTY
We have a 12 month warranty for manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions. In order to initiate a warranty process please email info@dkdesign-global.com with your order number, photos and description of the problems. Customer should pay the shipping fee. If the products is damage by personal, the warranty won't be able to covered.
REPLACEMENT PURCHASE
We provide replacement to our customers of DKdesign and EXRIDER merchandise. In order to initiate a replacement process please email info@dkdesign-global.com with your order number, photos and the item you wish to replace.
LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK-UP POLICY
We understand that many worldwide customers are interested in our products and may wish to purchase them during their visit to TAIWAN. Please carefully rear the following policy before making arrangements:
OFFICE ACCESS /
Our company is NOT open to the public.
If you have any questions please contact us in advances.
NO SHOWROOM /
We do not operate a showroom for public visits. If you wish to inspect products in person, an appointment must be scheduled at least TWO WEEKS in advance for proper arrangement.
ORDER & PAYMENT PROCEDURE /
For warranty validation and record-keeping purposes, all local pick-up or local delivery orders must be placed through our official website.
Customers are required to complete the order online to ensure proper documentation. We will provide a designated pick-up code for you to complete the checkout process.
