INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE

You can purchase DKdesign and EXRIDER products directly on our website.

Some Countries have our Dealerships, please check out the Find A Dealer page and  contact them for more info.

WEBSITE CURRENCY / PAYMENT METHOD

Website prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice.

We only accept payments through PayPal, if customers want to use credit card still can process via PayPal as well.

SHIPPING / SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped from Taiwan. Each item is inspected and packed before it leaves DKdesign. Due to COVID19, shipments may be delayed. Estimated delivery date will be provided by the shipping carriers.

 

All shipments will be via EMS INTERNATIONAL or DHL EXPRESS. The shipping methods and costs will be shown in the Cart Page. Please provide Complete Shipping Information in ENGLISH.

 

Prices do NOT include import duties and taxes. Any fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Please check with your country's customs office for additional costs prior purchasing. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges or brokerage fees for any product returned or exchanged.  

 

EMS INTERNATIONAL-Customers who select as the shipping method, please understand EMS INTERNATIONAL shipping is forwarding the package to your local postal service, since the package has been shipped and exported, all the status even the package is stuck in the IMPORT CUSTOMS OFFICE will be updated from your LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE. We have NO RESPONSIBILITY to find or track the package from our side. EMS INTERNATIONAL don't provide the estimate delivery dates, so please take the tracking number to contact your POSTAL SERVICE directly. (NOTICE: If package been stuck, need us to resend the package, we will let you reorder again as a deposit, since customers return the delay package, we will refund you the deposit.) 

DHL EXPRESS will be the fastest option as the shipping method, they provide the estimate delivery dates and email updates.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

DKdesign will always do our best to satisfy our customers' return or exchange requests. 

 

To ensure your returns and exchanges process smoothly: any new, un-used, un-mounted and unaltered item can be returned within 7 days of Delivery. In order to initiate a return please email dkdesignmotorparts@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Returns require proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order number or Invoice number. If you have purchased a DKdesign or EXRIDER item from a dealership or other website, please contact them directly, only items that were purchased on the DKdesign website can be returned to DKdesign. 

Orders that are Returned due to providing us the wrong shipping information. Our team will let you know and we will cancel your order and refund the items you paid, also we will charge you the return shipping fee.

Orders that are Refused or Ignored because of the import taxes, our team will charge you the return shipping and 20% service fee.

If we shipped wrong, missing, or damaged item/s, please contact us ASAP. Our team will provide shipping information for you to ship the items back to us for exchange. After we receive the item/s, we will send you the shipping costs via PayPal and ship the correct item/s back to you ASAP.

WARRANTY

We have a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions. In order to initiate a warranty process please email dkdesignmotorparts@gmail.com with your order number, photos and description of the problems. Customer should pay the shipping fee. If the products is damage by personal, the warranty won't be able to covered.

REPLACEMENT PURCHASE

We provide replacement to our customers of DKdesign and EXRIDER merchandise. In order to initiate a replacement process please email dkdesignmotorparts@gmail.com with your order number, photos and the item you wish to replace.

LOCAL PICK-UP POLICY

We know many of you interested in our accessories, and here is the LOCAL PICK-UP policies as follow.
1. Our company is NOT opening for public visit, so prepare the order list first, and let our team know the pick-up date and time before a week. Also we provide local delivery to your hotel as well.
2. Local Pick-up payment methods, we accept Cash or Website process (Credit Card). If select Website process, our team will provide the code for you to complete the order.
