Warranty Coverage /​

All DKdesign products are covered by one (1) year warranty starting from the date the order is received by the customer.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or material defects under normal riding and usage conditions.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing or material defect, DKdesign will provide repair or replacement service at our discretion.​
 

Exclusions /

The warranty does not cover damages caused by external impact, improper handling, or human-related factors, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect installation

• Improper use or modification

• Motorcycle accidents or crashes

• Motorcycle tip-over or dropping

• Damage during unpacking, transportation, or installation

• Scratches, cosmetic wear, fading, or normal aging

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance

• Products modified or repaired by third parties

Any damage caused by impact, accidents, or human factors is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore excluded from warranty coverage.​

Warranty Claim /

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:​

• Order number

• Photos or Videos clearly showing the issue

DKdesign reserves the right to inspect and determine warranty eligibility.

International Distributor & Dealer Purchases /

If the product was purchased through an authorized distributor or dealer, please contact the original place of purchase directly for any warranty inquiries or claims.

All warranty services and support requests must be handled through the original purchasing channel.

Additional Notes /

DKdesign reserves the right to repair, replace, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Warranty does not include shipping costs, installation costs, labor fees, or customs/import duties unless otherwise agreed.
